Love the stoke for this ski! How well do you think a lighter boot (eg, Scarpa F1) would work for driving this? Seems like it’d be a good match.

I was skiing these mostly with the older Hoji Pro Tour. I have never skied the F1. But yes, I think that would be a good pairing. This podcast addresses ski/boot pairing

However, Line has really reworked its touring skis. There is now the 96 (reviewed here http://the-high-route.com/never-mind-the-bollocks-here-comes-the-vision-96s/ )
the 104, and 114. So the 108 is no more. Apparently the 104 is based off their blade optic 104 and is less a powder slayer, more all round versatile, I haven’t tried it, though I do have the Blade Optic 104 for inbounds. It is a great inbounds ski, but for me it would not make a great touring ski. It doesn’t have amazing float and its a bit too stiff for my touring tastes. I would love to try their 114 and would guess it is closer to the 108 than the 104 is.
I replaced the Line 108 with these:

I hope that is some help. There are lots of other ski reviews up here and all the authors will reply to questions. Good luck and happy skiing!
